At-Home Studio Photoshoot Terms and Conditions of Services

Scope of service - This package offers a professional at-home studio photoshoot for up to 2 hours, allowing you to capture memorable moments in the comfort of your own space. The session is designed to accommodate up to 3 outfit changes if time allows, ensuring a variety of looks and styles.

1. Photoshoot Duration: The photoshoot shall take place at the client's home or chosen location and will have a maximum duration of 2 hours, commencing at the agreed-upon start time. The photographer will make reasonable efforts to capture a variety of high-quality images during this time frame.

2. Outfit Changes: The client may have the option to change outfits during the photoshoot, provided that time permits. The number of outfit changes allowed will be at the discretion of the photographer and may be influenced by the complexity of the wardrobe changes and the overall duration of the photoshoot.

3. Location Requirements: The client shall ensure that the photoshoot space at their home or chosen location meets the minimum requirement of 10x15 feet (approx. 3x5 meters). This space will be used to set up the photography equipment and create a suitable environment for capturing the desired images.

4. Photography Setup: The photographer will bring their own equipment, including lighting, backdrops, and any other necessary accessories, to create a professional and functional studio environment. The client shall provide suitable access to electricity outlets for powering the photography equipment.

5. Photo Session Guidelines: The photographer will provide general guidance on posing and expression to capture natural and flattering images. The client is encouraged to communicate any specific preferences or ideas they may have for the photoshoot to ensure their vision is accommodated.

6. Editing and Delivery: Following the photoshoot, the photographer will carefully select and edit the best images to deliver a final set of high-resolution digital photographs. The number of final images delivered may vary, depending on the overall productivity of the session.

7. Model Release: The client hereby grants the photographer the right and permission to use the photographs for display, promotion, advertising, or any other purposes as deemed appropriate by the photographer. If the client or any subjects involved wish to retain their privacy, they must communicate this to the photographer in advance.

Please note that any additional time beyond the 2-hour session or outfit changes beyond the specified limit may be subject to additional charges. It's recommended to book the session in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

By engaging the photographer's services for the at-home studio photoshoot, the client acknowledges their understanding and agreement to the terms outlined above.
