As the creator and owner of the photographs and videos we produce, we retain all copyrights and intellectual property rights to our work. The following copyright terms apply:

b. Any alteration or modification of the images and videos without our written consent is a breach of copyright.

4. Credit and Attribution:
a. If you share the images and videos on social media, you must credit us by tagging our business page or including our watermark/logo on the image.
b. If the images and videos are used for editorial purposes, such as in a magazine or news publication, we must be credited as the photographer/videographer.

5. Copyright Infringement:
a. If we become aware of any copyright infringement of our work, we reserve the right to take legal action against the infringing party.
b. Any legal action taken against the infringing party will be at your expense.

This means that we have the exclusive right to use, reproduce, and distribute the images and videos for any purpose, including but not limited to, marketing and promotional purposes.
However, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images and videos for personal use only. This license allows you to display, print, and share the images and videos with family and friends, but you may not use them for any commercial purposes, sell them, or alter them in any way without our written permission.
If you wish to use the images or videos for commercial purposes, you must contact us to obtain a separate license agreement.
We reserve the right to use the images and videos for marketing and promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and in advertising materials. However, we will not use any images or videos that you specifically request us not to use for marketing and promotional purposes (non-usage/opportunity loss policy applies).
